Oven: Preheat to 160–180 °C. Place the beef cheek in an oven-safe dish, cover, and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through.

Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-safe dish and heat on 700 W for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Repeat process if not hot enough

Sous-Vide / Simmering: Keep the beef cheek sealed in its pouch and immerse in simmering water at 85 °C for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
