Delivery Information

We deliver Mondays to Fridays, from 2 pm to 6 pm,.
No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

All categories OOH LA LA!, READY MEALS and WINES (except PLATTER) will be scheduled on next day delivery, with a cut off time at 11.30 pm.

PLATTER (cheese, charcuterie, Canapes) will be scheduled for delivery on day two of the order, to allow the time for preparations.
E.g. Order on Monday for Wednesday delivery.

$20 charges for any order below$120
Sentosa island $6 charges will apply
Carpark or entrance fee may be added
For redelivery due to wrong address a charge of $20 will apply and will be reschedule the next day
All order must be placed though our site online
All payment must be made and confirm prior delivery been scheduled
Take note the charge for minimum order may change, according to low or peak period (system will be updated accordingly)

If no one is present at the delivery address, our driver will leave the thermo bag at your doorstep. Each bag includes an ice pouch to keep the items chilled for approximately 2 to 3 hours.

If Sustainability Is Your Concern,
 you’re welcome to return any delivery bags or plastic materials (such as trays, triangles, leaves, or cups). Simply leave them at your door on delivery day.
We will sanitize and assess them for possible reuse. Items unsuitable for reuse will be properly disposed of in recycling bins whenever possible.
Thank you for your support in helping us reduce waste.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Refunds/replacements only apply if: Wrong item delivered or Item damaged or spoiled upon delivery
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photos sent to order@gourmetshop.com.sg
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or dispatched.
