Oven: Preheat to 160–180 °C. Place the duck leg in a roasting tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and the skin is crisp.
Air Fryer: Reheat at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until piping hot with a golden, crispy skin.
