Crafted in the Jura Mountains of France and matured for over four years, this exceptional Comté reveals remarkable depth and complexity. The long ageing brings out nutty, caramelized notes with hints of toasted hazelnut and brown butter, balanced by a lingering savoury finish. Its firm, crystalline texture and rich aroma make it a true expression of traditional French cheesemaking.
Perfect to enjoy on its own, with a drizzle of home made orange confit, or paired with smokey whisky or aged port wine would be the best recommendation by Edith.
