Best to thaw one day in advance

Bain-Marie: Keep the soup in its pouch and immerse in simmering water at 85 °C for 115–20 minutes, or until fully heated.
Microwave: Open the pouch, pour the contain in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat on 700 W for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Saucepan: Open the pouch, pour the soup into a saucepan, stir gently, and reheat over medium heat until steaming hot.

For an extra touch of indulgence, finish with a swirl of cream or a sprinkle of toasted pumpkin seeds to enhance flavor and presentation.
