Cultivated on soils of sandstone and schist, the grapes are partially destemmed before vatting and then matured in demi-muids. The nose will charm you instantly with its fresh red and black fruit notes, lifted by spiced, liquorice notes. On the palate, there is pleasant acidity, minerality and refined tannins. This lovely cuvée is an ode to Cinsault, which is too often used solely for rosé wines.
