Grande Brie de Normandy is one of the most creamy type of cow’s milk cheese, soft, fruitier, rich and origin from Normandy (North of France), often with a bloomy rind, closely related to Camembert (also from Normandy) but generally richer and super creamy. The Grand Brie de Normandie slight smaller wheel compares to the Brie de Meaux which gives more intensity.
Pairs well with Champagne or and crispy Chablis.
