To serve chilled:
- Cut into thin slices or chunky cut into cubes
- For sandwich or charcuterie platter
Reheating Instructions
Required a traditional fan oven or air fryer
Cut thick slices of about 1 cm
- Pan sear 1 minute on both side
- or
- Bake in oven at 160°C for 10 minutes
- or
- Process in an air fryer at 160°C for 5 minutes
Whole piece warm up:
- Place the ham on baking tray
- To keep moisture, 1 cup of water, apple juice, or stock into the bottom of the tray
- Add a piece or small piece of butter (about 20–30g) in the tray
- The butter will melt, during cooking process can basting the ham and enriching the glaze.
- Then cover it loosely with foil.
- Bake in oven at 160°C for 20 to 30 minutes
- keep it a temperature with the foil and slice only as needed.
Recommend to serve with our house collection of cranberry sauce, orange or onion confit
