Reheating Instructions

Thawing:
Thaw in the chiller for at least 1 day before use. Once thawed, the product can be kept refrigerated for up to 6 days. -
Preparation:
Remove the rolled turkey from the box and pouch.
Place it in a baking dish and slice into desired portions if preferred.
Add the cooking juices from the pouch along with ½ glass of water or chicken stock.
Cover loosely with foil -
Reheating:
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 160°C for 30–45 minutes. -
Serving:
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
To keep warm, cover with aluminium foil and hold at 70°C until ready to serve.
